6.3 Critical Analysis of Qualitative Leadership

 Sentiment 1.0 blog

Educational leadership or how we teach others content, is a key factor in what they do or don't learn. Whether we are teaching through coaching or through strategies from educational trainings, we are teaching new skills or knowledge to others. How successful we are at this effects those we educate and those they encounter.

Creating a positive learning environment fosters learning. Leaders in education and leaders in other industries need to develop their skills, strategies, programs, and use of technology to remain effective. When you have the opportunity and resources to coach learners in a one on one environment, it is a customized learning experience and increases the results.

Using current technology helps you increase your effectiveness too. AI is fairly new to everyday usage and reliability in educational settings. While AI is often a negative term due to student over reliability and plagiarism, it is a tool that needs to be learned by leaders and those they lead. AI will not replace people, however, it will replace your role if you do not learn how to use it.

Being a leader is challenging and requires constant growth. We must continue to grow as leaders to gorw and build those around us.
